One of India’s most prominent queer film platforms, KASHISH Pride Film Festival, is inviting community support for its 2026 edition.
KASHISH Pride Film Festival has long been a home for queer stories, championing LGBTQ+ voices both on screen and behind the camera.
The 17th edition of the festival will take place in Mumbai from June 3 to June 7, 2026, across:
- Liberty Cinema
- Alliance Française
- National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA)
This year’s festival will feature 154 films from over 43 countries, continuing its legacy of bringing diverse global queer narratives to Indian audiences.
In light of ongoing challenges, the organisers are reaching out to the community and allies to help sustain this inclusive cultural space.
